When a visitor types a question into Spectare's ask surface and the library answers it weakly, that question appears verbatim in the Gaps card of your admin. The feed updates continuously, so questions appear as visitors ask them.

Each entry carries the question exactly as the visitor wrote it, and questions the library handled poorly are marked as unanswered. The visitor has already written the gap description in their own words; Spectare surfaces it without paraphrasing.

This matters because a typed question is the clearest demand signal your library can receive. Inferred intent from referrers and UTM parameters tells you roughly what someone wanted. A typed question tells you exactly what they wanted and the words they used to ask for it. Seeing those questions verbatim, ranked by how poorly the library handled them, gives you a direct queue of atoms worth writing next.

The raw feed sits beside the AI-generated gap report, covering different ground. The report synthesises patterns across all visit types. The raw feed covers only typed questions, continuously updated, showing the most recent twenty from the past thirty days. Both are available on the Pro plan, giving you both a pattern view and a direct line to visitor language.

This is one atom from the Spectare content library. Spectare assembles the right atoms for each visitor in real time, based on who they are and how they arrived.
