Unanswered visitor questions appear verbatim in your gaps feed

When a visitor types a question into Spectare's ask surface and the library answers it weakly, that question now appears verbatim in the Gaps card of your admin. No nightly model run is required. The feed is live, so new questions show up as soon as they arrive.

Each entry carries the question exactly as the visitor wrote it alongside the best match similarity score the library returned. A score below 0.45, or a null where defaults were served because nothing cleared the search floor at all, marks the question as unanswered. The visitor already wrote the gap description; Spectare just surfaces it without paraphrasing.

This matters because a typed question is the clearest demand signal your library can receive. Inferred intent from referrers and UTM parameters tells you roughly what someone wanted. A typed question tells you exactly. Seeing those questions verbatim, ranked by how poorly the library handled them, gives you a direct queue of atoms worth writing next.

The raw feed sits beside the AI-generated gap report rather than replacing it. The report synthesises patterns across all visit types on a nightly schedule. The raw feed covers only typed questions, updates continuously, and shows the last 20 from the past 30 days. Both are available on the Pro plan.
