Spectare does not set any cookies on visitors to spectare.ai. The analytics that run on the marketing site are cookieless, so no consent banner is needed and no tracking follows visitors elsewhere on the web.
Personalised pages embed images delivered from Cloudinary's CDN. Like any image host, Cloudinary receives the standard browser request for a file, which includes an IP address and browser type. It sets no tracking cookies for delivery and receives nothing about who the visitor is, because Spectare has nothing to send. Visitor records do not exist.
For workspace owners, account email comes from Clerk for sign-in codes and from Stripe for billing receipts. Spectare runs no email platform of its own. There are no marketing lists unless you joined one explicitly. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe; Spectare never sees or stores card numbers.
