For a WordPress site, no. Installing is the same three steps as any other plugin, and putting a personalised section on a page is a shortcode, which is the same thing you already do to embed a video or a form.
That matters for a venue specifically, because the gap between "we would like to try this" and "we have a developer available" is often a quarter, and by then the season has changed. Everything after the install happens in your own workspace: you write the content, you decide who it is for, and the site picks it up without anybody touching the theme.
If your agency maintains the site under a support contract it is worth telling them, and the whole change is one plugin and one shortcode per section, which is a short conversation rather than a project.
If your site is not WordPress, there is a single script tag that does the same job on any site, and a server-rendered path for sites built on modern frameworks.
