Exploration rate starts adaptive and greys out in learning mode

The exploration rate slider in Workspace Settings has always accepted 0, but the label used to say 'Off', which was wrong. Setting the rate to 0 does not disable exploration. It tells Spectare to use the adaptive default: high while the workspace is young and tapering steadily as conversions accumulate. Exploration is never switched off because it is the mechanism through which Spectare learns which content works. The label now reads 'Adaptive (default)' and the help text explains what 0 actually means.

The second change affects workspaces running in learning mode. Previously the slider was always editable, which was misleading because in learning mode Spectare tunes exploration automatically and a manual rate override has no effect. The control now greys out in learning mode, with a short note explaining that exploration is being managed for you and that switching to manual controls on the Personalisation tab is the path to pinning a rate by hand.

Greying out rather than hiding is a deliberate choice. You can still see the slider, read the current value, and understand the full picture of what the system is doing. Nothing is removed from view; only editing is gated. This is the same provably-honest principle that governs the rest of the Spectare admin.

The practical effect is that the Experimentation section now tells the truth in every state. A workspace in learning mode sees the control, understands why it is read-only, and knows exactly how to unlock it. A workspace in manual mode sees the same slider with full editing enabled and an accurate description of what each value does.
