Author atoms in wp-admin then place zone blocks on your pages

Spectare on WordPress has two parts that work together. The first is authoring: a Spectare Atoms post type in wp-admin where you write content and tag it with audience, funnel stage, and intent keywords. When you publish an atom in WordPress, the plugin sends it to your Spectare library and stores the returned library ID as post meta. If you edit and republish, the same library record is updated rather than duplicated, so your WordPress editor and your Spectare library stay in sync without any manual steps.

The second part is placement. On any page or post, open the block editor and insert a Spectare Zone block. Set the zone name to hero, body, proof, or cta depending on where in the page structure you want personalised content to appear. You can place multiple zone blocks on the same page. The PHP plugin resolves each zone at request time by calling the assembly endpoint with the visitor's intent signals, and the result renders into the page HTML before it reaches the browser.

The client-side slot path is also available if you prefer to target an existing element by ID rather than inserting a block. Add a data-spectare-target attribute to any heading, paragraph, or anchor already in your template and Spectare will fill it after the page loads. This is useful when you cannot edit the template in the block editor directly.

Zone overrides configured in your Spectare workspace settings are respected by the plugin from version 1.9.0 onwards, so any layout rules you set in the admin apply on WordPress pages without any additional plugin configuration.
